This is the big European stint of our trip.  After getting a quick flight to Iceland out of Amsterdam, we envision a loop through Germany, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Austria.  Then it's down through Italy, a ferry to Tunisia, through Algeria into Morocco and up through Spain, France, Belgium, and back to Amsterdam.
